  Ingredients   Method
3 tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 pinches pepper powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup water
5-6 icecubes crushed
2-3 mint leaves



  1. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove, peel and blend.

  3. Strain, cool and chill well

  4. Just before serving, put all ingredients in a mixie.

  5. Blend well and serve in tall glasses.

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling time)
Makes: 2 glasses
