Fish Baked in Tomato Garlic Chilly Sauce

  Ingredients   Method

1/2 kg of Boneless and skinless fish cut into pieces. even Tinned Tuna fish will also do.
1cup of Tomatoe puree (3 Ripe tomatoes grinded with 1whole Garlic, 9-10 Red Hot Chillies)
100gms of refined Oil for baking and greasing.
1bunch of Parsley or Corriander leaves
1tablespoon of salt.


  1. Wash the Fish pieces and pat it dry.
  2. Marinate it with salt, tomato puree and parsley or corriander leaves at least for 4-5 hrs  in the fridge.
  3. Now after its marinated properly whenever its needed to be eaten it can be taken out.
  4. Grease the baking tray or baking utensil with oil and keep the marinated fish pieces on it and cover it with foil.
  5. Bake it for 30 minutes at 150-200 degree centigrade.
  6. The recepie is now ready to eat it really goes well with bread, noodles and friedrice.
