Main Ingredients
Curd (Dahi) , Cucumber ( Kakdi) , Green chilli (Hari mirch) , Cumin seed (Jeera)

2 cups tied curds
2 cucumbers grated
2 green chillies slit
2 tbsp. peanut crush
2 tsp. ground sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp. mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh beaten cream
1 tsp. oil



  1. Beat curds till smooth and thick.

  2. Squeeze out water from cucumber.

  3. Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.

  4. Add to curds.

  5. Add all other ingredients, mix well.

  6. Chill for an hour before serving.

  7. Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
